Touch Won SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Edge Water Group Inc., which operates Touch Won ("Touch Won," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with our text messaging program for business owners. Touch Won is a monthly software subscription for businesses. Each subscribing business gets its own coin code in the Touch Won app.

Information we collect

Your name, business name, mobile phone number and email address, when you contact us by phone, submit the inquiry form on touchwon.com, or reply to our email.
The content and date/time of text messages you send to us and that we send to you, and your opt-in and opt-out status.
Information you choose to share with us about your business and your interest in Touch Won.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
To help you set up your business's coin code and your Touch Won subscription.
To schedule and confirm calls with you.
To keep a record of your messaging consent and honor opt-out requests.

Sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent or trade your mobile phone number. We may use service providers (for example, our text messaging provider) only to deliver messages on our behalf, and they may not use your information for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or email calvin@touchwon.com.

Data retention and security

We keep messaging records, including consent and opt-out records, for as long as needed to provide the program and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect them.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
